Mastering the Art of Baking with Coconut Flour
Limited Time Only Special Sale Price
Have you been interested in baking with coconut flour? It’s an amazing flour, it tastes great, it doesn’t need to be soaked, it’s rich in protein, fiber and healthy fats and best of all it’s gluten-free.
But do you know that coconut flour is a little tricky? Inside Mastering the Art of Baking with Coconut Flour you’re going to discover:
- How to find the correct kind of coconut flour
- Should you use packed or sifted measurements
- How to convert your favorite wheat based recipes to coconut flour
- Why this flour reacts very differently from one recipe to the next and what to do about it
- And more!
Sweet Quick Breads (Baker’s Dozen Vol. 1)
I realized that not everyone wants to take the time to convert Grandma’s Banana Muffins or Granny’s Lemon Poppy Seed Bread from wheat to coconut flour so I set out to create a series of sweet quick bread recipes so that you can make them without having to fuss over the conversion process. In Volume 1 of the Coconut Flour Baked Goods series, you’ll find 13 recipes for fruity sweet quick loaves of bread and guess what? They bake into muffins wonderfully!
Oh, and by the way, the recipes inside this book are:
- made using coconut flour
- no other gluten-free flours
- honey is the sweetener (except for optional chocolate chips which can be omitted)
Pumpkin Treats (Baker’s Dozen Vol. 2)
Are you a fan of pumpkin? Me, too! I’m up for a delicious pumpkin treat any time of the year but especially when the fall season rolls around! I went gluten- and grain-free in late 2009 and for a few years I missed out and felt so tempted and deprived! You know what I mean, right?
But then I mastered coconut flour and set out to create all the pumpkin treats I’d been missing (breads, doughnuts, cupcakes, big muffins, pancakes, poppers, Pumpkin Roll Cake and more) and now you can enjoy them too!
Holiday Quick Breads (Baker’s Dozen Vol. 3)
Next time you’re invited to a potluck or get together take control of the situation and bring your own baked goodies to share! The host will think you’re cool and no one even needs to know your loaf of bread or muffins are “special”. I have tested all these loaves myself personally, as well as shared with my Premier Taste Testers (my esteemed coworkers) and received lots of compliments and praise.
The recipes inside Holiday Quick Breads were created specifically with the holiday season in mind. Every recipe is gluten-free, grain-free, uses only coconut flour (no other gluten-free flours), and honey is the sweetener. Some of the recipes do call for optional chocolate chips which usually contain sugar so if that’s an issue, just leave them out. You’ll be the star of the party when you bring one of these loaves!
Chocolate Treats (Baker’s Dozen Vol. 4)
Do you struggle to avoid gluten-laden chocolate treats? Do you walk past the bakery shelves as quickly as you can because you almost can’t resist the temptation? Are you desperately looking for a magic recipe to satisfy your chocolate cravings (and remain grain-free)?
Chocolate Treats was created just for you! Inside here are a few of the delicious Chocolate Treats you’re going to find:
- Chocolate and Peanut Butter Marbled Loaf
- Chocolate Cherry Loaf
- Chocolate Covered Cake Doughnuts
- Chocolate Hazelnut Bread
- Chocolate Layer Cake
- Plus 19 more!
Savory Quick Breads (Baker’s Dozen Vol. 5)
Have you ever noticed that most quick bread recipes are sweet and fruity? Sometimes you don’t want that, especially if you want the bread to go along with the dinner meal. Let’s say you’re making chili for dinner, or want to make sandwich bread for that delicious bacon and sliced tomatoes you have in the fridge. When I went searching for bread recipes to go with the dinner meal or toast at breakfast I was surprised to see that there weren’t many. That’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands and created the recipes you’ll find inside Baker’s Dozen Savory Quick Breads. Here are just a few:
- Bacon and Onion
- Everything Bagels
- Faux Cornbread or Muffins
- Goat Cheese with Caramelized Garlic and Kalamata Olives
- Six Seed Brown
- Plus seven more!
