Baker’s Dozen Sweet Quick Breads
Do you miss bread? I used to, but not anymore!
Hi, my name is Starlene Stewart, I have been gluten- and grain-free since 2009. It took me a few years to get around to working with coconut flour and then I became the authority on it! I am also the author of the insanely popular and highly sought after Mastering the Art of Baking with Coconut Flour and I dive deep into the mysterious coconut flour super food and teach you how to master this finicky ingredient.
I realized that not everyone wants to take the time to convert Grandma’s Banana Muffins or Granny’s Lemon Poppy Seed Bread from wheat to coconut flour so I set out to create a series of sweet quick bread recipes so that you can make them without having to fuss over the conversion process. In Volume 1 of the Coconut Flour Baked Goods series, you’ll find 13 recipes for fruity sweet quick loaves of bread and guess what? They bake into muffins wonderfully!
Oh, and by the way, the recipes inside this book are:
- made using coconut flour
- no other gluten-free flours
- honey is the sweetener (except for optional chocolate chips which can be omitted)
Recipes You’ll Find Inside
- Apple Cinnamon Walnut
- Blueberry Lemon
- Carrot Spice
- Cherry Hazelnut
- Chocolate Macadamia Nut
- Coconut Date
- Ginger Molasses Apple
- Lemon Poppy Seed
- Mango Macadamia Nut
- Orange Poppy Seed
- Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk
- Spiced Blackberry
Review from A Happy CustomerI haven’t always loved coconut flour recipes, but little by little I’ve been trying them out.
I wasn’t sure I was going to love this book but the author has a great reputation for having great recipes so I decided to take a chance. The tips in the beginning about how to work with coconut flour were super helpful and the banana bread recipe was the first I tried and a HUGE success with my family of 6. They devoured the muffins and keep asking for more. Well worth the price for these dependable recipes. Highly recommended.
Review from A Happy CustomerExcellent collection of recipes!

Do your coconut flour recipes use eggs?
Yes. Coconut flour really needs the binding quality of eggs to hold the product together. I have tried using “flax eggs” but only for a couple of recipes.
