  • Mastering the Art of Baking with Coconut Flour is not a cookbook, although it does have a few recipes, it is primarily a guide for baking with coconut flour.
  • The Baker’s Dozen series are recipes grouped by types, all based on coconut flour. Each one includes a minimum of 13 baked goods recipes. Pumpkin Treats and Chocolate Treats have “extra” recipes some of which do not contain coconut flour, or are not baked.
  • Everyone Loves Pudding contains recipes for pudding based on cashews.
  • None of my recipes call for wheat flour, sugar, artificial sweeteners.
