Baker's Dozen Fall Bundle
It's that joyous time of year!
And coincidentally the pumpkin treats and holiday bread start appearing… at work, church, the grocery store.
And you can't have any of it. Because you need to avoid gluten.
Or you pay… big time.
But all those delicious yummy treats.
Some you ate as a child.
You might even find yourself feeling depressed.
You feel like the “weirdo” who can't eat anything “good”.
Maybe you decide to cheat, just this once.
You cheated last year and promised yourself you would not do that again.
But it's been a whole year… surely it will be okay this time.
Right?
Remember the bloating, the aching, the frequent visits to the potty, the brain fog… the list goes on and on, doesn't it?
But…the goodies.. they're showing up on all sides, everyone raving…
Well… guess what?
This year, you're not going to be deprived.
You will not be cheating and causing yourself discomfort.
That's right.
Because between Volumes 2 and 3 in the Baker's Dozen, I've got you covered.
Hi there! My name is Starlene. I've been in your shoes for several years now and I have to say it's an awesome feeling to be able to tell myself when I see those other goodies, “I can have this, I'll just make my own!”
“Real food” ingredients make the recipes in the Baker's Dozen series: coconut flour, coconut oil or butter, eggs, honey, nuts, fruits and other real foods. No “gluten-free” flours, no starches (like potato or tapioca flours), no sugar (except for the recipes which call for optional chocolate chips) or artificial sweeteners.
These baked goods are:
- gluten-free
- grain-free
- made using coconut flour
- no other gluten-free flours
- honey is the sweetener (except for optional chocolate chips which can be omitted)

My personal favorite from Pumpkin Treats
…I see the Pumpkin Roll Cakes in the store and I'm so tempted… but no… I don't have to give in to temptation because I can make it myself!
The Pumpkin Roll Cake is filled and decorated with real buttercream frosting, Pumpkin Pie Spice flavored. This cake is decadent and delicious, and my taste testers were begging me to bring in more.
This recipe makes two roll cakes.
What about one of those expensive, super size pumpkin muffins you've had your eye on?
Make your own Pumpkin Streusel Muffins, they are super delicious!
How about those spicy little Pumpkin Gingersnap Cookies?
Have you given in to fancy coffees and felt ashamed at the price?
Were you horrified to learn exactly what the drink contained? Delicious or not, do you really want to be consuming ingredients you can't even pronounce?
Me, either.
Banish temptation easily, because in Pumpkin Treats I share a recipe from my friend Jessica from Delicious Obsessions, a self-proclaimed former P.S.L. addict, so when she says this tastes the same (without all the funky ingredients and additives) I believe her!
And that's just a few of the recipes you'll find inside Pumpkin Treats.
There are 13 coconut flour baked goods, and 8 bonus pumpkin recipes.
In this special limited time offer Fall Bundle, you'll also get Holiday Quick Breads.
This gooey nutty caramel apple bread is outta this world!
You'll be the center of attention for bringing this minty chocolate loaf to your next potluck!
This festive loaf combines pears, cranberries and the spice anise, which is used frequently in various cultures to make holiday treats.
Are you someone who likes fruitcake?
Awesome! Two nut and fruit cakes are included in Holiday Quick Breads.
Need dressing at Thanksgiving?
Inside you'll find a loaf that serves double duty.
Make a loaf for dressing or stuffing (recipe included), and use the second loaf to make leftover turkey cranberry sandwiches.

Do your coconut flour recipes use eggs?
Yes. Coconut flour really needs the binding quality of eggs to hold the product together. I have tried using “flax eggs” but only for a couple of recipes.
